Sheila H.
Community Care Homes was founded by Sheila H. to bridge the gap between housing and resources. Too often, people find a room but not the support that makes staying there possible — and Sheila built this home to close that gap.
Her focus is stability: connecting participants to care, transportation, benefits, and community resources they need to stay housed and move forward with confidence.
Above all, Sheila is passionate about quality of life. Every routine, every conversation, and every detail of the house is designed so residents feel safe, respected, and genuinely at home.
